I work in travel in the UK and have rented many cars around the world and have rarely come across a company with such genuinely lovely and polite staff in my entire career.
We dealt with 3 different members of staff and each one was just so welcoming and helpful, I honestly couldn’t be more pleased.
They are all a huge credit to this business and I only wish some other larger car rental companies would take a leaf from their book.

They are very excellent in dealing and cooperate to the fullest extent, they do not take guarantees and are tolerant in the case of minor accidents and the cheapest price I found at the airport, they receive you with a smile and their procedures are easy and fast

I had a minor accident within 10 minutes. Brother Maher and his colleague Eldin were with me. The infidelity was fixed directly, but the infidelity did not look good. Then they came to my house with the other infidelity after repairing it and installing it

Professional advice and nice handling without a lot of bureaucracy. We ordered the car to the old town and were allowed to drop it off at the airport the next day. I rented a light car with them, model 2023, very low fuel consumption, a simple mileage of about 7000 km, automatic brake system (automatic).

The rent was for 5 days at a very reasonable price, comprehensive insurance included, and no deposit.

The service staff is very, very, very helpful and kind.
