The rental contract you sign at pick-up is part of these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Booking and payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your booking is confirmed by email, with your order number and a PDF summary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is no online prepayment: you pay when you pick up the car, by credit\/debit card or cash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices are in euros and include 17% VAT. The price confirmed in your booking is the price you pay, plus any extras or fees you add later.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The car you book represents a category: you'll receive that model or a similar car of the same category.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Driver requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum age 21, with a driving licence held for at least 2 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A valid passport or ID card. International Driving Permit needed for licences not in the Latin alphabet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only the drivers named in the contract may drive. An additional driver costs \u20ac2.50 per day (max \u20ac25 per rental) and must meet the same requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Insurance and deposit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full coverage:<\/strong> no deposit, zero excess, and 24\/7 roadside assistance across Europe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Basic insurance:<\/strong> included in the price. A deposit is held on your credit or debit card at pick-up and released when the car is returned without new damage. The deposit, which is also your maximum liability for damage (excess), is \u20ac1100.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Pick-up and return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pick-up and return are at Sarajevo International Airport terminal, Kurta Schorka 36. We're open every day from 08:00 to 21:00.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pick-up or return outside opening hours costs \u20ac23.40 (tax included). Please tell us your flight number so we can follow delays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery to, or collection from, downtown Sarajevo costs \u20ac23.40.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late return: 2h grace period, after that charged per day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fuel: \"same to same\" - return the car with the same fuel level, otherwise missing fuel is charged per litre plus a refuelling fee. Price not set since it is subject to change on a day to day basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mileage is unlimited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Extras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>GPS navigation: \u20ac2.50 per day (max \u20ac25 per rental)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baby seat (0\u20134 years): \u20ac5 per day (max \u20ac25 per rental)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Child seat (4\u20138 years): \u20ac3 per day (max \u20ac28 per rental)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Winter tyres: \u20ac13 per rental. Winter equipment is required by law in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1. November to 1. April. During this period, this fee will be mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Driving abroad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may take the car to neighbouring countries for a cross-border fee of \u20ac55 per rental, which includes the documents you need at the border. Tell us when you book or when you sign the contract; driving abroad without it is not insured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using our cars to drive to following countries is not permitted: Bulgaria and Kosovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Using the car<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No smoking, no pets without our agreement, no off-road driving, racing, towing, or subletting the car.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traffic and parking fines, tolls and their administration costs during the rental are paid by the renter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Accidents, damage and theft<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of an accident, damage or theft, call the police and us immediately on +387 61 922 307. A police report is required for the insurance to cover the damage; without it, you may have to pay the full cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Changes and cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up by email or WhatsApp. As there is no prepayment, there is no cancellation fee; repeated no-shows may lead to future bookings being declined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Personal data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How we handle your personal data is described in our <a href=\"\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Law and disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
